Maryell Farm

A message from Marcella

My Father's life-long dream was to own a farm and we were all delighted when his dream came true when in January 1998 he purchased Fazenda Maryell. Maryell - Maria (my Mother,) Muryell (my sister) and of course, me, Marcella.

However is dream was short lived as my Father died from cancer in 2001. After his passing we were lost. Afraid. We had no idea what to do with the farm, we only knew that we could not lose it. Now we look to the future.

My husband, Paul fell in love with the farm the second he visited it and our boys, Jack and Alex have had the time of their lives riding horses, fishing and seeing to the chickens and cattle.

I only realised recently that my Father planted a tree for me when I was born. The World needs more trees and it needs them here in the Amazon. With this in mind, Mury, my Mother and I ask you to share in our dream - my Father's dream - and plant a tree on our reserve for all to benefit in times to come.
